In the absence of a prima facie showing that removal of children from the state was not in their best interests and endangered their health or emotional well-being, or was designed to interfere with the visitation rights of the noncustodial parent, the trial court did not err in denying an evidentiary hearing on the issue of removal nor in granting the motion for removal. Further, the trial court did not abuse its discretion in excluding the psychologists report submitted by the noncustodial parent because it was based on limited information and did not address the factors of Minn. Stat. Â§ 518.17, subd. 1(a) (1994).
