Upon information filed in the district court for Sibley county, defendant was charged with the crime of burglary in the third degree and pleaded guilty thereto. Counsel for defendant objected to the imposition of sentence pursuant to L. 1947, c. 595 (M.S.A. 260.125), the Youth Conservation Act, on the ground of its unconstitutionality, and the court, Joseph J. Moriarty, Judge, with the consent of defendant and the state, certified the question involved to the supreme court pursuant to M.S.A. 632.10.
